A long-ago Sandra Boynton Hawaiian print fabric design re-invents itself as a great coffee bag! Sandy asked us if she could design a lively and retro bag for a tropical coffee of ours that she loves. WHO WOULD SAY NO??! She loves the coffee, we love the design, all good. Our signature Island Blend is what we like to refer to as a "French Java". It's made up of 50% Mocha Java (which is a blend of Sumatran and Ethiopian beans), and 50% French Roast. The resulting coffee is packed full of wild earthy notes balanced by a touch of acidity—all of which leads to a beautifully smooth cup of joe. A great way to say Aloha kakahiaka! (aka Good morning!)

Coffee connoisseurs, unite! Looking for a complex cup of coffee? We’ve got you. Our brand new Hippahula Harbor 100% Blue Moon Bali is a true hidden jewel from the island of Bali in Indonesia. Grown at an elevation of 1100 meters, these coffee tree varieties of Bourbon and Typica are shade-grown, and the beans are wet-hulled and patio dried. We roast the beans to a light, golden brown to let them really shine on their own. This single origin is low in acidity and full in body. It has subtle notes of sweetness mixed with earthy notes of cedar, black pepper and bakers chocolate.
