TASTING PROFILE
Do you like your coffee extra dark & extra delicious? If so, the Italian Roast might be best for you. We take green coffee beans and roast them to a very dark brown which brings out very distinct flavors of dark chocolate, molasses and caramel. This coffee has a very low acidity and is perfect for a big, bold, black coffee but also tastes great when evened out with cream and sugar.
