TASTING PROFILE:
Created in the 1980's by master roaster Bob Rivkin, this blend combines mild, sweet and smooth flavors with hints of citrus complimented by a light herbal fragrance. Four types of beans roasted separately allows for optimization of each individual flavor profile. Once blended together they create a very adventurous and distinguished coffee. Every one experiences coffee differently, but we taste notes of ripe cherry, honey and notes of sweet floral on the nose.
